If you don’t already have access to Power Platform through your organization, the Power Platform Developer Plan is the best way to get started—for free.

1. Go to the Power Apps Developer Plan page - Power Apps Developer Plan | Microsoft Power Platform

2. Click “Start free”

3. Sign in with your Microsoft account or create a new one

4. Follow the prompts to set up your developer environment
