/etc/adhd/habit-stacking.conf

Turns out habit stacking isn’t just for shell scripts.
Lately I’ve been “chaining” small actions that make a big difference:
Charging my phone in another room (or even the car) so I have to get up.
Leaving my gym clothes in the car so I’m already halfway to the workout.
Journaling everything I’ve learned (especially after studying) — turns out writing it down helps it stick.
Going for a jog when my brain is begging for the dopamine hit of doomscrolling.
If you’ve got ADHD or just a brain that refuses to boot cleanly in the morning, habit stacking is the systemctl enable of real life.
Also, if you’ve noticed a sudden influx of posts from me on Hashnode lately… this is why. Journaling has turned into publishing, and publishing has turned into retention.
Try it. Stack smart. Boot better. 🧠🐧📓
