Who Is The Prince Of Cricket?

The Indian cricket team is currently on a tour of England with a new captain. India has lost the first Test in the series. All the critics of the Indian cricket team are expecting that Team India will now fall apart further in this series. But the new captain of this team faces the England bowlers in the second match of the series with a new spirit and plays the best innings of his Test career so far. Shubman Gill, who is considered the current prince and the next king of the cricket world. He has so far made the England tour with his bat that he is being called the king of cricket in the future. And perhaps this is the reason why he also got the captaincy of the Indian Test team.
The Prince of Cricket, Shubman Gill has set an example with his brilliant batting, on the basis of which the next generation will be judged as batsmen. New Zealand's legendary batsman Kane Williamson has even declared the Prince of Cricket, Shubman Gill, as the main face of the upcoming 'Fab Four' in world cricket. Now right-handed Shubman Gill is being considered the next star among the players of the same level and he is being called as the Prince of Cricket. However, Gill's journey has not been so easy.
Before coming to England, he had only 88 runs in 7 Test innings and everyone felt that Gill would not be able to adapt himself to the conditions of England, but Gill shut the mouths of all the critics with his brilliant performance. Most of the times in Test cricket, Gill has looked better in the second innings, but on this tour, Gill is playing completely different. He is leading his team from the front. His batting and talent have never been questioned. Timing, technique and mental balance all looked excellent, but the fans were definitely a little worried due to not converting his brilliant start into a big and brilliant innings. The Prince of Cricket, Shubman Gill himself admitted that perhaps the biggest reason for not being able to convert his start into a big innings was that he was putting too much pressure on himself to perform. Overcoming that problem, he has started playing big innings.
Shubman Gill has already fixed their spot in across all 3 formats. Apart from test captaincy, He has also become vice-captain of ODI Team. While he is also captaining Gujarat Titans in IPL. He has scored 2317 runs in test, including 7 century and 7 half-century and recently smashed double hundred. His highest test score of 269 runs came against IND vs ENG Birmingham Test recently.
In ODIs, He scored 2775 runs, including 7 centuries and 8 half-centuries. He is also one of the batsman who scored a double century in ODI Cricket. He smashed 208 runs against New Zealand in 2023. While, In T20Is, he scored 578 runs, including a century and 3 half-century. His best T20I cricket score is 126 runs, which he scored against New Zealand in 2023. He is one of the few Indian batsman who has hit century across all three formats. Before him, Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and KL Rahul also achieved this feat.
