As promised, I completed three AI courses today—mission accomplished! 🎯

While I initially planned to include Great Learning, I pivoted to Google’s Introduction to Generative AI, which offered a free certificate. And honestly? It was a great decision.

📚 Courses Completed:

- Google x DiMe – GenAI for Healthcare

- Health AI CPD

- Google – Introduction to Generative AI

🧠 What I Learned:

- Fundamentals of Generative AI

- Structure and purpose of Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Ethics and limitations of AI usage in healthcare

- Prompting essentials: zero-shot, one-shot, and few-shot prompting

- The role of Multimodal Medical LLMs and how to fine-tune them for specific healthcare tasks

🧪 Hands-On Lab Work with Google Cloud:

This was the real highlight of the day! I got actual lab exposure through GenAI for Healthcare’s sandbox environments, where I:

- 🩻 Analyzed medical images using AI-driven prompts

- 📹 Interpreted medical videos via specialized prompt templates

- 🛠️ Practiced crafting effective prompts using different strategies: zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot

- 🧬 Explored the process of tuning LLMs for healthcare applications

These labs brought theory to life—watching models interact with clinical data felt like stepping into the future of medicine. I could visualize how AI tools might assist radiologists, specialists, or public health researchers.

📌 What’s Next:

Tomorrow I’ll create flashcards to summarize the major takeaways from all three courses and spend time reviewing them for retention.

It was a full-spectrum learning day—technical, practical, and visionary. Days like these remind me why I chose this path.

Until Day 11,

—The Engineer–Scientist in the making
