⚠️Exposing Fake Internships & Job Scams—Stay Safe, Stay Smart!

Hello Avengers 👋
In this week’s #WisdomWednesday, we’re shining a spotlight on something way more important than code — your career safety.
As freshers, college students, and job seekers — we all hustle hard to find good opportunities. But not all “internships” or “remote jobs” are real. Some are just scams preying on your ambition.
This post is for awareness, protection, and truth.
🛑 Fake Internships You Must Avoid
Here’s a list of popular names circulating across LinkedIn, Telegram & WhatsApp that offer fake “internships” and exploit freshers by either:
Giving zero real work
Asking for money
Providing worthless certificates just to build hype
🚫 List of Fake Internship Providers:
Codsoft
CodeClause
Bharat Intern
Prodology
Code Alpha
Encryptix
Oasis InfoByte
InternPe
CodeEvo
OctaNet
Prodigy InfoTech
Learn Smasher
CodersCave
🔔 IMPORTANT: Don’t pay a single penny for an internship. Real companies pay you, not the other way around!
🚨 My Personal Experience with a Job Scam
Yes, even I almost fell for a job scam. That’s why I’m sharing this with you.

Here’s a quick summary of how it happened 👇
❌ What Happened:
I received a message offering a developer job at Lumn Technologies**. Everything looked polished — but when I dug deeper, I uncovered multiple red flags:
🔍 Red Flags I Found:
Generic messages sent on WhatsApp
Asked to pay for a fake “exam” to get placed
Inconsistent team info on LinkedIn
Exposed on Reddit & Quora as a repeated scam
Fake reviews and fake urgency in their interview process
✅ I validated the scam by asking real people, checking platforms, and using common sense + community power.
🧠 Lessons You Should Never Forget
✅ Never pay for jobs or internships
✅ Always verify companies on LinkedIn + Reddit + Quora
✅ Be wary of WhatsApp/Telegram job offers
✅ Check how many real employees work there (not private profiles)
✅ Use your network to verify before committing
🚫 Any company that asks you to pay to work or attend an interview is a red flag. Period.
