In the LED display industry, although the word "heat dissipation" is not mentioned at high frequency like pixels and brightness, it plays a decisive role in the stability and service life of the display. Especially in large-screen projects that are bright and run all day, the heat dissipation is not done well, and it is just laying mines for the fault.

Then the question is, how should I choose a heat dissipation device for LED displays? What happens if you choose the wrong one? This article will help you figure it out step by step.

A. Why do LED displays need to pay special attention to heat dissipation?

During the working process of LED displays, a large amount of electricity will be converted into heat energy, especially high-density, large-area and high-brightness displays, which generates amazing heat.

Common problems include:

Brightness drop and color deviation: High temperature operation of LED chips will affect the light efficiency; how does LED chips emit light?

Dead lights, black screens: Long-term high temperatures may directly burn the chip or driver circuit;

Shorten lifespan: It could have been used for 10 years, but after 5 years of use, the screen of lesions was full.

Use an intelligent temperature control system to allow the fan or liquid cooling to automatically adjust according to the temperature, which is energy-saving and safe.

Only by doing a good job of dustproof + ventilation + waterproofing can the heat dissipation equipment operate stably for a long time.
