Starting From Scratch: Building Code, Confidence & Courage

This blog isn’t about being perfect, successful, or knowing-it-all.

It’s about showing up — even when things are messy. It’s about documenting the journey of learning, coding, researching, failing, growing, and building the version of me I dream about.

If you’re reading this, you might be someone who’s felt behind, lost, or like you're always starting from zero. Guess what? You’re not alone — I’ve been there too.

I have a degree in Computer Science. I wasn’t writing code in high school or speaking at conferences in college.

What I had was a burning desire to rebuild my life — with curiosity, code, and courage.

✨ Why I Started This Blog

For the longest time, I kept telling myself,

“I’ll share my journey when I’m ready… when I know more… when I’m confident.”

But the truth is — the journey itself is worth sharing. So I’m choosing to start here.

In between deadlines, dreams, and distractions — I’m carving out this space to grow out loud.

💻 The Real Beginning: More Than Just Code

For me, learning to code was never just about jobs or money. It was about:

Regaining control in a chaotic life

Rebuilding confidence when everything else felt uncertain

Finding a voice when I felt invisible

Some days, I was debugging errors. Other days, I was debugging emotions. But in both, I kept showing up.
