🎯 Themes and Problem Areas
AI EduHack Season 2 challenges participants to design tools that respond to real-world education gaps across the Global South, especially in underserved or resource-constrained environments.
Focus areas include:
Offline and low-bandwidth learning tools Projects that deliver educational content or AI-powered support without relying on fast internet or high-spec devices.
Local language and culture support Tools that promote indigenous languages or embed cultural relevance into learning experiences.
AI and blockchain for credentialing Solutions that use emerging tech to verify skills and learning outcomes in a transparent, portable, and trusted way.
Gamified or earn-to-learn models Platforms that engage learners through points, rewards, or token-based incentives to encourage consistent participation and community-based learning.
