🌀 Day 4 — Still Sick, Still Shipping

Fever's still here, and so is the dust allergy. But I somehow managed to do quite a lot today — small wins, quiet focus, and a bit of Netflix in between. Not perfect, but the job got done.

✅ What I Did Today

💻 Coding

  • Learned Conditional Statements:

    • if, else, else if in C++

    • Same in Python with indentation and simplicity

  • Practiced with mini problems in both

🌐 Web Development

  • Built my first functional website:
    Bookmark Manger

    • It’s super simple, but it works — HTML, CSS, and JS combined

    • Feels good to have something that actually functions in the browser

☁️ NPTEL Cloud Computing Course

  • Started the first module

  • Just getting familiar with basics and terminology

📊 Research

  • Joined a small team working on Sentiment Analysis

  • Haven’t contributed anything yet — just observing and figuring things out

🎬 Reality Check

Also binged some Netflix.
No shame. Brain needed it.

🧠 Thoughts

It’s getting messy. Code, blog, research, course, health, life.
I’m trying to hold it all together.

Trying not to let everything blend into chaos — just moving one step at a time.

🔗 GitHub

  • Added day4.cpp and day4.py with conditionals

  • Pushed Bookside Manger to web-dev-start/

  • Might clean it up later, but for now, it’s functional

📌 Tomorrow's Plan

  • Move to loops in Python and C++

  • Try making Bookside Manger more structured

  • Stick with the NPTEL course for at least 20–30 mins

  • Attend the first discussion for the research project (if energy allows)

  • Monetization — even 15 mins will count

That’s all for Day 4.
Not clean, not ideal — but still moving.

Logged and done.
