Hey everyone,

I've been keeping a close eye on the Arbitrum ecosystem, and it looks like something big just dropped. After some digging, I believe Round 1 of the Arbitrum ($ARB) token airdrop has silently commenced! This isn't an official announcement from them directly, but rather something I've pieced together and wanted to share with the dev and crypto community here on Hashnode.

If you're an active participant on Arbitrum One or Nova, you might want to pay close attention. There's chatter about 15,000,000 ARB tokens being distributed in this initial phase.

From what I've gathered, and based on what appears to be a new portal, the eligibility criteria seem pretty standard for an active community airdrop. It looks like they're rewarding genuine network usage. Here’s a quick summary of what I've found on the eligibility rules:

* Minimum Transactions: Wallets with at least 5 transactions on Arbitrum One or Nova.

* Active Engagement: General participation and interaction with dApps within the Arbitrum ecosystem.

* One-Time Claim: Each eligible wallet appears to be limited to a single claim, with an average of around 1,000 $ARB per claim.

How I Found the Claim Portal & What to Do

After seeing some subtle hints, I found what seems to be their designated and secure claim portal. It blends in perfectly with Arbitrum's branding, which is a good sign.

Here's the link I discovered for checking eligibility and claiming:

➡️ Airdrop Page

My Recommended Steps (based on the portal's interface):

* Navigate to the Portal: Open the link above in a secure desktop browser (like Brave, Chrome, or Firefox) with your Web3 wallet extension (e.g., MetaMask) installed.

* Connect Your Wallet: On the portal, look for a "Check Eligibility" or "Connect Wallet" button. Click it and connect the wallet you actively use on Arbitrum.

* Follow On-Screen Prompts: The site will likely check your wallet's history. If eligible, it should guide you through the claiming process.

I hope this helps some of you secure your share of the ARB airdrop. It's a fantastic opportunity for those who've been building and transacting on Arbitrum!

Feel free to share your experiences or any additional insights
