I have always been curious about AI, LLM, NLP and chatbots. Today I have taken the first step in learning to make a chatbot and hopefully keep going till I make it to the very pinnacle of AI and ML. The first step is the most important and hardest step, taking initiative is very crucial in life (I have learned lately) not only to learn new skills but to have that quality of life I wish to have.

I have decided to learn through a project-based approach wherein I will learn the basics, fundamentals and concepts whilst making projects ranging from simple beginner level projects (like a basic chatbot) to advanced and expert level projects which will integrate multiple different concepts together. My not-so-much experience tells me that unique and new projects are better appealing than projects that already exist, so my goal is to make unique projects that showcase my conceptual strengths.

My first day was not so bad. I made a simple chatbot using Python that responds to simple prompts. Its a simple if-else ladder for 5 basic prompts and no answer for any other question. Its seems pathetic but its still a start to something. All I’ve gotta do for a few days is brush up my basics of coding in Python, learn stuff like DSA, OOP and some essential libraries that might help(like pandas, numpy, and all usual suspects).
