Why I Decided to Start Blogging

Hey there 👋

I’m Muthu Yuvaraj, a passionate developer and freelancer from India. After spending the last few years learning, building, and hustling quietly, I’ve finally decided to do something I’ve been thinking about for a long time:

👉 Start writing. Start blogging. Start sharing.

This is my very first blog post—and in it, I just want to share why I’m starting this, what you can expect here, and where I hope this journey will take me (and maybe, us).

🧠 Why I'm Starting This Blog

There are a few honest reasons behind this decision:

1. To Document My Journey

I’ve been learning web development, digital marketing, SEO, and freelancing. Every day is filled with small wins, bigger challenges, and lessons I don’t want to forget. Writing them down helps me track growth—and hopefully helps others too.

2. To Build in Public

I’m not where I want to be yet—but I know where I want to go. I’m aiming for financial independence and a fulfilling, client-driven career. Writing publicly keeps me accountable.

3. To Improve My Thinking

Writing forces clarity. Explaining concepts, experiences, and thoughts helps me understand them better. It sharpens the mind—and I want to get better at thinking and communicating.

4. To Connect

The internet is full of amazing people learning and building things. I want to connect, collaborate, and grow with like-minded learners, devs, freelancers, and creators.

✍️ What You Can Expect Here

This blog isn’t about being perfect or acting like an expert. It’s about being real.

Here’s what I plan to write about:

  • 🚀 My experiences with freelancing, clients, and self-employment

  • 🧑‍💻 Developer learnings—React, Tailwind, JavaScript, SEO, and beyond

  • 🧰 Tools I use, side projects I build, and lessons from them

  • 💬 Mistakes I make, how I fix them, and what I learn

  • 📈 My progress towards big goals (yes, I’ll be tracking and sharing growth)

🎯 The Bigger Picture

This blog is more than just a personal diary. It’s a small step toward something bigger: freedom, clarity, and contribution.

I don’t have all the answers. But I’m here to ask questions, figure things out, and build something meaningful.

🙌 Thanks for Reading

If you’ve read this far, thank you! Seriously. Writing this post felt like opening a new door in my journey—and I’m glad you’re here with me.

If you’re someone who’s learning, freelancing, building, or just trying to figure things out too—you’re not alone. I’d love to hear your story, learn from you, or just connect.

Until next time,
– Muthu Yuvaraj
