In 2023, I was working with various companies, watching them struggle with the same pattern. They'd hire agencies or freelancers, explain their challenges, and receive technically perfect solutions that missed the mark entirely. The disconnect wasn't in the execution—it was in the understanding.

The Birth of "Seya"

The name "Seya" comes from the Sinhala word meaning "to see" or "to understand." It perfectly captured our core philosophy: before we build anything, we truly see and understand the real challenge.
