The Four Strategic Pillars
We organize all community contributions into four powerful categories called “strategic pillars” Each pillar represents a specific focus area that helps build and improve Shardeum’s reputation and ecosystem growth.
Note: Each pillar includes a combination of existing tasks (previously called Super Shardian Tasks) and brand new activities for contributors.
Pillar I — Signalers: Alpha-Driven Voices for SHM
Role:
Signalers are responsible for analyzing blockchain market data and trends. They turn these insights into actionable information that helps strengthen belief and trust in the Shardeum ecosystem.
Key Tracks (Ways to Contribute):
SHM Radar Crew: Share updates like charts, technical setups, and signal-style posts about SHM.
Tweets: Post content related to market activity, using static charts, explainer threads, or short video clips.
Note: All visuals must include the $SHM tag for clarity and consistency.
Pillar II — Narrators: Builders of the Shardeum Narrative
Role: Narrators simplify complex Web3/blockchain topics and present them as engaging, easy-to-understand stories. The aim is to help bring new users into Shardeum and spread awareness of its features.
Key Tracks:
Threadsmiths League:
Write regular Twitter threads about SHM, PayFi, and comparisons with other Layer 1 blockchains. Use visuals and memes for better engagement.Language Edition Threads:
Translate official Shardeum threads into regional or local languages to reach wider audiences.Women in Web3: The Shardian Spotlight: Highlight stories of women in Web3, host audio spaces, and conduct mentorship sessions to promote diversity and inclusion.
Pillar III — Creators: Builders of Culture, Humor & Mass Appeal
Role: Creators use memes, visuals, and educational content to make Shardeum relatable and fun — helping to popularize the ecosystem and attract mainstream attention.
Key Tracks:
Meme-Fi Masters: Create memes across different formats — images, GIFs, videos, sticker packs — and distribute them on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram with relevant hashtags.
Original Twitter Threads: Craft factual, beginner-friendly threads that explain Shardeum concepts simply.
Quizzes: Design interactive quizzes to help users learn about Shardeum. Recognition is offered, with possible future rewards for quiz participation.
Shardeum is Borderless: Tell the story of Shardeum’s global presence via blogs, translated articles, videos, selfies, or podcasts.
Shardeum Leagues: Organize and participate in community-led local chapters. Run educational sessions and outreach initiatives tailored to different regions.
Pillar IV — Catalysts: Community Builders & Engines of Engagement
Role: Catalysts play a leading role in energizing and fostering the Shardeum community. They organize, moderate, and support engagement programs, both online and offline.
Key Tracks:
Decentralized Moderation: Welcome newcomers, keep communities spam-free, and manage events.
Community Member of the Month: Earn special Discord and Telegram roles/badges for active participation.
Mentorship & Women Huddles: Attend or organize themed sessions twice a month — including one-on-one chats with top contributors.
Proof of Community Meetups: Host real-life gatherings (IRL meetups) run by regional leaders, focused on education, awareness, and community building. Support includes toolkits, logistics, and speaker assistance.
Community Lead Program: Become a local/regional group leader with responsibilities such as campaign implementation and community growth — offering both monetary and non-monetary rewards, exclusive updates, leadership meetups, and content support.
Summary: Each pillar is a vital part of Shardeum’s ambassador strategy. Signalers deliver actionable market intelligence, Narrators simplify and amplify the vision, Creators generate viral content and cultural buzz, and Catalysts drive deep community engagement. Together, these roles offer multiple clear paths for contributors — no matter your strengths or preferences.
