Task management in Loyaltri is designed to help you organize work, keep track of deadlines, and maintain clear records — all in one place.
In this post, we’ll walk you through how to use our Task Management feature, with simple steps and helpful tips you can start using right away.
Why Use Loyaltri for Task Management?
Loyaltri’s task module isn’t just a to-do list. It’s a smart, flexible tool designed for HR professionals, managers, and teams who want:

Easy filtering and search to find tasks quickly

Step 1 – Navigating to the Task Section
From the left-hand menu, click Company. This is your central hub for managing everything related to your business and team.
Under the Others section, click Tasks. Think of this as your command center — all your active, completed, and upcoming tasks live here.
Step 2 – Customizing Your Task Fields
Not every company works the same way. That’s why Loyaltri lets you create custom task fields.
Click Customize to add new fields. For example, you might add:
Client Name
Contact Number
Appointment Date
Product Name
Product Variant
💡 Tip: Use dropdowns or multiple-choice fields to make form-filling faster and more accurate.
Step 3 – Creating a Task
Once your fields are set, click Create Tasks. Fill in:
Task Name – the project, meeting, or job title
Due Date – pick from the calendar
Client Information – name, contact, and any relevant notes
Appointment Date – if applicable
Product/Service Details – select from your list
Description – give a clear summary of the task
Attachments – upload related files for easy access
Step 4 – Managing Your Tasks
Use filters to sort by:
Completed
Incomplete
Overdue
You can also search by assignee, making it quick to find specific tasks.
Step 5 – Tracking Progress with Reports
Click Reports, set your date range, and download a PDF or Excel file for record-keeping or sharing in meetings.
💡 Tip: Weekly reports can help identify bottlenecks before they become bigger problems.

Q1: How do I assign a task to someone?
Choose the team member’s name from the Assignee dropdown when creating the task.
Q2: Can I restore a deleted task?
No, deleted tasks cannot be recovered. Use “Cancelled” status instead if you want to keep a record.
Q3: Can multiple people work on a task?
Each task has one main assignee, but you can duplicate tasks for other team members.
Q4: How do I see only my tasks?
Use the Filters menu and select your name under Assignee.
Q5: Can I export tasks for a specific period?
Yes — go to Reports, choose your date range, and download.
