Important Aspects

The Three Rule
Hey folks, yesterday I was just scrolling my Instagram and then I found something very interesting which tells us about the hobbies.
The narrator’s content means a lot rather than the words he speaks. Let’s discuss those things. What he suggested was you just need three hobbies in your life. They are as follow:-
Physical hobby
Creative hobby
Mental hobby
Let’s discuss one by one what does this means
Physical Hobby-
This means you need to have one interesting thing to do to keep your body activated in each of the environment so where every you present, in which ever condition you are, you remain activated. Pick one small physical habit to build your muscle select one from following- Gym, Running, Yoga, Surya Namaskar. Pick a mental exercise like Anulom Vilom, Kapal Bhati, Pranayam etc.
Creative Hobby-
Being creative is very important in life, it makes us mindful and intellactual. Pick one thing like playing music, drawing what ever you imagine, writing. I have choose to write the blog and this is my hobby as whatever I overthink I write hear hence I become stress free and relaxed. One more advantage is it improves our writing and word selection skills.
Mental Hobby-
I love solving reasoning it makes me think quickly and get rid of those freaky confusion and random scenarios created in my mind that troubles me. Apart from this I also like coding like creating algorithms. You may pick things like playing chess, solving puzzles etc.
Random scrolling is pointless and endless. The worthy thing is keep yourself in the control. There is no such thing like comfort zone. More you keep yourself in the harder situations the finest you becomes. When I listened all these those things for the first time. I felt their truth and decided to shape my life around them. So, I invite you to try the three-hobby rule and watch how it transforms your mind, body, and creativity.
