How to Recover Deleted Notes in Outlook 365

To retrieve your lost Outlook notes, first check your Deleted Items folder in Outlook or via outlook.live.com/mail/0/deleteditems. If you don't find them there, reset the Navigation Pane by running outlook.exe /resetnavpane
to make sure the Notes section isn't hidden. As a last resort, you can try reinstalling Outlook or performing an Online Repair through your Control Panel to fix the installation.
Method 1: Check Deleted Items Folder
Open Outlook and look for your Deleted Items folder in the left-hand navigation pane.
If your notes are there, right-click on the desired note(s).
Select "Move" and then choose "Other Folder".
Select the "Notes" folder from the dialog box to restore them.
If you are using the web version of Outlook, you can also check outlook.live.com/mail/0/deleteditems to see if the deleted items can be restored.
Method 2: Reset the Navigation Pane
Close Outlook completely.
Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type
outlook.exe /resetnavpane
into the box and press Enter. This will reset the navigation pane, which might make your notes visible again.
Method 3: Repair Outlook
Open the Control Panel on your computer.
Go to "Programs and Features".
Find and right-click on your Microsoft Office or Outlook installation.
Select "Change" and then choose "Online Repair" to fix potential corruption in your Outlook installation.
