After generating leads, the next step is conversion and retention, turning them into active paying customers. In order to do this we follow 5 basic steps:

  1. Product Understanding - Sell what you know To convert leads, you must communicate with them confidently, in order to do that, you must know;
    - What problem the product solves?
    - Who the product id perfect for?
    - What are the features (what it does) vs benefits (what the customer gets)

  2. Buyer Psychology - Why people buy
    People buy based on emotions first, logic second. To effectively profit from this, we must;
    - Trigger emotions: Fear of missing out, desire for freedom, frustration with current situation.
    - Provide logic: Show why he product is a smart necessary decision.
    People buy from people they like, know and trust.
    People buy when they feel the product will work for them.

  3. Content that attracts - Pull, don’t push
    You don’t need to hard sell in every post. Instead, attract with content.
    - Educational Content: Teach to your audience something valuable. Example, “3 reasons you are not making sales yet”.
    - Storytelling Content: Share your journey, struggle, mini-wins. Example, “How i went from 0 to 5 sales a week using this formula…”
    - Problem Agitation Content: Remind your audience of their pain-point and hint at your solution. “Tired of wasting time on Youtube tutorials?, I was too - until i found this”

  4. DM Closing - Converting leads privately
    When potential leads enter into your DM, don’t just post your affiliate links, do these instead -
    - Qualify them: Find out their current position with XYZ- the problem you are providing solution to.
    - Emphasize: Show them you understand their position, because you have been there. Say something like - “I totally get it, I was stuck there too”
    - Present the Solution: Show your solution as the safest and quickest way to get out of their problem. “This is why i recommend this program/course - It teaches you step-by-step on how to solve it”
    - Handle Objections: Don’t just write off anyone who does not purchase your product immediately. If they say, “I’m not sure it will work”, Reassure them with testimonials, proofs and experiences.
    - Close: “If this sounds good to you, I can send the link now - you will also get my personal tips when you join.

  5. Follow Up - Where Sales HappenMost Sales don’t happen at first pitch/contact, second, third or more, the key to making sales is consistent follow-up.
    - If they don’t reply: Send a quick message - “Hey, just checking if you got my last message - Still thinking about it?”
    - If they said “I’ll think about it”: Send a quick follow-up - “hey, I totally understand, just wanted to remind you that the sooner you start, the sooner you will get results. Let me know when you are ready”.
    - Keep giving Value: Share tips, wins and updates.
