I was pleasantly impressed by how easy and professional the service was when I recently visited the Delta Airlines headquarters in Phoenix. For an impending foreign trip, I required help with baggage information and a name correction. The personnel was efficient, informed, and kind. A representative examined my reservation, addressed all of my inquiries, and even assisted me with upgrading my seat in a matter of minutes. There was little waiting time, the office was spotless, and it was easy to find. The quiet environment and individualized attention were what I valued most; it seemed like they genuinely cared about addressing my worries.
