PettingZoo.fun is a U.S.-wide directory that helps families find kid-friendly petting zoos quickly and confidently. Parents can browse an interactive map, explore state and city pages that list every petting zoo we can verify, and read practical planning tips (packing lists, safety basics, birthday ideas, and what to expect with toddlers). The Petting Zoo Finder shows nearby options on a map with cards that summarize hours, amenities, and highlights. State and city pages organize every listing for that region and link to the zoo’s official website or socials when available. Our blog adds parent-focused advice and seasonal guides so outings are smoother (and more fun). PettingZoo.fun is a remote-first project launched in 2025.
