At Interswitch, I led critical infrastructure modernization projects for Quickteller, PayDirect, and Autopay, including migrating legacy workloads to Kubernetes, improving uptime to 99.95%, and reducing deployment time by over 70%. I contributed to strategic reengineering of global APIs (OAPI, Location Services) used by Apple, AWS, and Samsung, and redesigned automated testing from ReadyAPI to Python BDD — cutting test cycle time from 30 minutes to under 5 minutes.
