About Me
A resident of Los Angeles, Marc David Broidy has extensive experience in the financial industry. As a Smith Barney advisor in the early 2000s, he coordinated asset allocation strategies with high net worth individuals and families. Significantly expanding his international client base, Marc D. Broidy completed his firm’s management trainee program and next joined Merrill Lynch as an advisor. Mr. Broidy is a graduate of Pitzer College in Claremont. Majoring in theater, he had the opportunity to complete a semester abroad in the United Kingdom. As a trustee with his alma mater for nearly a decade, Mr. Broidy worked in advancement and governance capacities and vice-chaired the audit committee. He was successful in organizing and producing a Green Dorms opening night performance that included the participation of award-winning actor Robert Redford. Mr. Broidy also committed his time and effort to Cedars-Sinai Hospital for many years as a member of its Board of Governors.
