Canadian native Paul Zogala is a Trader with Murchinson in Toronto, Ontario. Using equities, convertible securities, debt instruments, and warrants, Paul negotiates and structures investments to take advantage of all aspects of the capital structure. When it comes to structuring and monitoring portfolio holdings, Paul applies his deep understanding of both fundamental and technical analysis. His responsibilities include managing the portfolio and executing corporate action strategies efficiently. For over four years, Paul Zogala worked as a senior trader at another company before joining Murchinson. He is a Chartered Market Technician and a CFA Charter holder. As a graduate of McMaster University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
