New Series of Abstract Paintings by Shaye Hirsch
Here’s the latest in a steady stream of abstract paintings by Shaye Hirsch—an abstract artist who since 2000 has been showing his work in New York City at Art Basel. Over the past several years, Hirsch’s paintings have broadened their subject matter and leaped from the canvas with a vigor that is now almost refreshing.
The new series continues that trend and represents Hirsch at the peak of his painting powers. I know what you’re thinking: “Abstract painters? No way! That’s so last year!” But while this might seem like an antiquated art form, it’s actually a thriving subgenre today—and some of the world’s most skilled abstract painters are also right here in Manhattan. Let me explain…
Who is Shaye Hirsch?
Shaye Hirsch is an Abstract Painter who has been painting for over 20 years. He lives and works in New York City. The paintings by Shaye Hirsch are focused on the human figure and its relationship to nature. The paintings are filled with intricate detail and often contain large pieces of color that are difficult to see at first glance. But once you give them a chance, you’ll be blown away by the beauty and power of these paintings.
Shaye Hirsch’s New Series of Abstract Paintings
The new series of abstract paintings by Shaye Hirsch is based on the idea of creating a painting that’s never finished. The paintings are Untitled (2020), Untitled (2021), and Untitled (2022)—each one featuring a completely different composition and design. The idea behind these paintings is to create a painting that’s never been seen before and to do so in an ever-changing fashion. Hirsch says his motivation for this series comes from his growing concern about the state of our art world. “I think there’s a lot of stagnation and lack of innovation in the industry,” he says. “So I wanted to explore some different ways to create work that is still innovative but also rooted in reality.” And while these paintings might seem like something out of the wrong century, Hirsch insists that they’re still designed with the viewer in mind—an important consideration for any artist who wants to be taken seriously.
Why should you visit the new exhibition of paintings of Shaye Hirsch?
The new exhibition of paintings by Shaye Hirsch is a must-see for all abstract painters. Not only is the work stunning, but the artists behind it are some of the most accomplished and talented in the fashion world. You’ll be inspired by their innovative and unique painting techniques, and you’ll gain an understanding of their unique vision for art.
What’s Next for Shaye Hirsch?
Shaye Hirsch’s new series of paintings represent a watershed moment for his art. It’s a return to the traditional Abstract painting style, which is characterized by its expansiveness and unrestricted coloration. This is a style that has been largely out of reach for most painters over the past few decades—but Hirsch is leading the charge. Hirsch’s new paintings are also much more in-depth and complex than his past works. They are less concerned with creating an aesthetically pleasing visual experience and more focused on exploring the inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences of his subjects. And while they still retain an open-ended, abstract style, the paintings in this series seem to be evolving more towards realism.
